I actually have 12 of these suppressors but 2 of them are missing the nut/o-ring and other kits seen in the plastic bags, so you'll receive those 2 free. The other 10 suppressors are complete units, all brand new in their boxes.  The 106-0821B-A is used as a transmit and/or receive unit with dc voltage up to +48VDC to power up a receive only Preamp generally located near the top of the tower at the antenna.  Maximum average RF power use is 300 Watts. Connect this unit in the direction it is labeled.  The DC circuit has spike protection to suppress spikes over +53V to the DC power supply.  This 106-0821B-A is capable of 20,000 Amp maximum surges and has a frequency range of 800MHZ to 2.0GHZ.  This unit will also pass a 10MHZ telemetry signal.
