Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3 business days. If you return a unit for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refunded amount. If our technicians determine that item has not voided depot warranty, but cannot repair your item, we will replace it with the same item, or one of equal value.
