They have remained unused in their original boxes. Since these have never been used, we cannot guarantee that they function properly, and thus we have listed them "for parts or not working". These items are being sold as-is. TERMS OF SALE Payment We accept Paypal only. If you win an item in one of our auctions, please make your payment as soon as possible. We will not ship until we receive notice that the buyer has paid for the item. Payments absolutely MUST be made within 7 days. If payment isn’t received within this time period, the item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. Shipping Shipping and handling costs vary per item. We use calculated shipping on most items, and shipping charges will vary depending on buyer location. The total shipping cost for each item will be displayed on the listing page. Combined shipping is available for bidders who win multiple items if those items end at or around the same time. In this case, you will receive an invoice for the total cost of shipping. Returns and Refunds We are an estate sale company; all of our items are pre-owned and come from various homes. We can not know the exact environments from which our items come. We do however, strive to select only items in good, clean condition. Unless otherwise noted, all of our items are sold AS IS. In some circumstances, we will grant a full or partial refund ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a refund.
