Armstrong Cycle Counters Description Listing is for a lot of two new old stock Armstrong cycle counters. These are FH2151-1 / GKSE1195 models. One unit is sealed in its original box, the other is brand new although the box is opened. Both units sold as is. Please note buyers from Michigan (MI) must pay 6% state sales tax. This charge applies to the subtotal + S&H for buyers with Michigan addresses only. Shipping Contact me if your mailing address is a P.O Box. Additional rates may be applicable. For buyers located in Hawaii, Alaska, a US Protectorate (Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa) or Canada and are interested in my listing I will most likely ship to you!
