These units were removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade. We powered them on and 1 (on the left) is fully functional and the other (on the right) we were not able to get to heat up. We were unable to test the vacuum on either one so we do not know if those functions work. All of the lights come on when the buttons were pushed except for the heat on the one (may be a fuse). Comes with manuals in pictures. Cosmetically they show normal signs of use with some scuffs and scratches (please see pictures). Due to our limited working knowledge and/or lack of additional equipment for these items no further testing was performed. We have no reason to believe they are not fully functional but cannot guarantee it since we could not fully test them.
