Lot of (2) Imperial Gas Ovens Model IR-36-DS-B and IR-36-DS-A. These items are located at Hope School Scout House in SANTA BARBARA, CA 93110. They are used and sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" and have not been tested. The operating condition is unknown. In case of any dispute regarding these services or the offer, auction, or sale of the goods, California law governs the situation, and the courts located in Ventura, California, have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the nature of the dispute. Sales tax will automatically be charged via PayPal or other billing services. The appropriate sales tax will be invoiced if required. Buyers must sign a liability release form before the auction closes, releasing the owner, seller, and service provider from any future liability of the goods and services.
