Portables have been tested in working condition. The batteries have not been tested and are in an unknown condition. Each unit comes with belt clip, mic, charger, and charger car adapter. The portable has been recently de-programmed and service bench checked by an Electronics Technicians Association Certified Motorola Technician. Unit will need to be programmed by customer. Units are guaranteed to be in working condition on arrival (excluding battery). If a unit is defective, you must notify us within 14 days to receive a full refund (including return shipping). Refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the unit. Please let us know if you have any questions—we are willing to provide additional pictures or information about the model as requested.
