Was forced by the army to buy these while stationed in korea because the regular PT belt wasn't suitable for PT and convoys to training areas... Now that Im not stationd there anymore, I have no need for them. They are in good condition and show some wear, all the velcro still works on it. TERMS AND CONDITIONS I apologize first and forehand to all the honest buyers, but because of all of the scammers, and those who do not read the descriptions/look at pictures in detail/or do not the read terms and conditions/try to look for loopholes to extort me for discounts, that I must exact these terms and conditions as listed below. If you require any more pictures or have questions about the item, please do not hesitate to email me before bidding. Item is described to the best of the seller's ability and is subjective (I can not detail every little problem with the item and sometimes I miss things, I'm only human). My interpretation of poor/fair/decent/good/excellent working condition may vary from your interpretation of poor/fair/decent/good/excellent working condition. The item pictured, is the item you will receive. Please do not assume, without asking for specifics, about the item if anything was not specifically detailed. All items in used condition are tested and work (I will absolutely not sell anything that doesn't work unless I specifically say in the description SELLING AS IS or FOR PARTS). I list many items on a daily basis, and due to possible workload complacency, there may be an error in the description that doesn't necessarily match the item pictured or vice versa so please ask for clarification - if I err in this manner - before bidding/purchasing. It is not my intent to deceive the buyer, so if you do not feel confident in purchasing the item, then please don't as I will not entertain the notion of arguing with the buyer and ebay in an open case. Although, If you feel like there has been some unjustification when you receive your product, instead of opening a case against me right away, please take the time to email me first. You will find that I am more than willing to help out and make amends if some kind of error has occurred due my neglect, misjudgement, lack of oversight, retardedness, etc, etc. If we cannot come to an agreement, then please feel free to open a case. Please do not email me saying the item is used and not new when the auction clearly states that it is used in the item condition, the item description clearly reflects it, and the terms and conditions say that most knives I purchase are in a used condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do your research first before bidding (this means looking up the item on the internet for all of it's specifications); failure to read description closely, look at pictures closely (There is a zoom feature that ebay incorporates on the pictures if you place your mouse over the picture and move the mouse left, right, up, down to see finer details. Do not click on the picture to enlarge), and/or lack of knowledge on how to use the item do not qualify for refunds. I am extremely fair and honest (note how my feedback profile reflects it). However, refunds are allotted only if the item was grossly misrepresented in auction, error in shipping, if item description lacked detail on something AND picture does not show it, or on a case by case basis. Because tracking is involved in all shipments, if the tracking number says that it has been delivered, then all responsibility for receiving the item is shifted to the buyer and not available for refund. This means mail theft (because you have an easily accessible mailbox on the street), P.O. Box Clerical Errors, acts of God (for instance a lightning bolt hitting your mailbox that you failed to check after 3 days (or the day that it was delivered)) , and the Zombie Apocalypse do not apply (so on and so forth (sadly I mention this because I have had cases that have involved these things (yes, even an incident involving zombies (this was on halloween)))). If you believe some kind of error to be involved after delivery has been confirmed, then please consult the Police, the Post Office, God, or the Center for Disease Control (or whichever authority may apply to any situation.) I think I got all my parenthesis right... If you purchased the item in error and/or paid for the item, please let me know right away or ASAP so that I can issue a refund, because once I purchase the shipping for item, it is too late and the item will ship (unless you are willing to reimburse the shipping charges as well). Item will be shipped upon receipt of payment (or next business day depending on time sold and whether or not I am at my regular work at the time). If you pay by echeck in paypal, the item will ship when the echeck clears. Items purchased after 1100am CST Saturday or on Sunday will have to wait till Monday for the item to ship (Unless it's a Federal Holiday and then it will ship on Tuesday or whichever day after the Federal Holiday falls on.) I won't lie, some Friday nights I like to get drunk and getting up before the post office closes (Noon) is a little hard, but I will make every effort to ship it off that Saturday if I can (if not then it will be shipped Monday). I only ship internationally to eligible countries through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Because of an error in ebay's programming, buyers from international countries may be restricted from buying knives. If you are an international buyer and serious about buying the knife, please contact me first and I will switch the category to one that will enable you to buy it. Please consult your countries laws on knives before purchasing, because if customs seizes your package, that will not be a cause for a refund. Ebay's estimated delivery times are only that - "ESTIMATED". Delays in arrival to address could be due to holiday seasons and/or overnight package holding (if you know how the postal system works you know what I mean), the type of postal service used, weekend purchases and/or which postal zone you live in. Check your tracking number to keep current with your shipment. Free shipping means I am paying for the shipping at my expense, which also means items will be shipped the cheapest way possible. Items 13oz and under will be shipped first class. Media items will be shipped first class unless they are over 9oz, then they will be shipped media mail. Anything over 13oz, with the exception of Media will be shipped Parcel Post unless cheaper to send Priority Mail. If you wish to receive the package sooner than the time it takes for it to normally arrive through the means listed aforementioned, please notify me right away and I will calculate the difference between that and shipping it Priority Mail /Expedited Shipping (weight & size of box item can fit in will vary the price of shipping). The buyer will then be responsible for paying for the difference. Please ensure your ebay & paypal address is correct. As when printing labels it automatically pulls the address from ebay/paypal. If you wish to ship it to a different address than the one you have, let me know ASAP as I can manually edit the label. If package is return to sender because ebay/paypal address is wrong, buyer will be charged for shipping for package to sent be again or will be refunded payment minus the cost of shipping. If package was sent to an address that is not yours because ebay/paypal address is incorrect, then seller is not obligated to refund the buyer. Buyers who live in apartments, please ensure your apartment number is reflected on there as well. Because I am honest, I will let you know that any and all knives I sell on ebay are from TSA auctions, estate auctions, or purchased in a used condition for the most part. I do not know the use history behind these nor am I familiar for the better part of the mechanisms, workings, or original conditions of them as well (but slowly learning doing all these auctions) although if you ask about it, I will do my best to find the answer because it helps me learn as well. Generally knives will be oiled and cleaned to the best of my ability before shipping but the sharpening and the rest is up to you. I heard a dip in lemon juice (only the metal parts) is a good way to get minor oxidation off knives (but don't let it soak for too long.) All knives under $100 will be shipped in a manilla envelope encased in a bubble wrap (which is adequate to preserve the condition of the knife). If you wish the knife purchased under $100 to be shipped in a box for extra protection, a $1 charge will be added upon the price to cover the extra weight/materials/labor/time. If that is what you want, then please add a message upon payment of receipt and I will issue you a new invoice.
