Shipment Most of our products get shipped within one business day and include a tracking number. We use clean and recycled geo-packaging for all shipments, meaning your items are secured inside a geo-box best fitted for your item and protected on the inside with geo-materials that we recycle ourselves. Freight We can quote, insure and schedule freight shipments for you. Before purchasing please ask us for a quote, we will need to know your zip code, if your building is commercial or residential, and if you will require a lift gate. After purchasing we will send you an invoice to pay for your item plus the freight cost. Once we receive payment we will send you a tracking number and a copy of the bill of lading. That's it! Please contact us if you would like to schedule and use your own freight solution. Our commercial warehouse is located in 89115 and does not have a loading dock so we will require lift gate service. International International shipments may take a little take longer to arrive. Buyer is responsible for all international customs fees. Returns If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase let us know as soon as possible so we can better understand and solve the issue. You must ship the item back to us in original condition to get a refund. Return shipping will be paid by you. Your refund will be the amount of the item minus original shipping paid. If the issue is our fault we will refund return and original shipping costs. If your item was damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Please remember to supply photographs of damage to packaging and items. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping provider and ensure you receive a full refund as soon a possible.
