Lot of 250 Plastic Pallets Description Lot of 250 plastic pallets for sale; will not be subdivided. Variable in size, including 43” x 43” and 40” x 48”. They have been stored outdoors and are in fair condition. They are available for inspection. These items must be picked up. Terms of Sale •All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or turndowns. •Condition: Items are offered as is and where is with no warranty. Known defects are listed, but the absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean the item may not have deficiencies. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items for sale prior to bidding. Information and inspection arrangements can be made by calling the contact at the location of the sale. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account for any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. •Shipping: The Village of Rantoul does not offer packing or shipping. The buyer is responsible for picking up all purchases at the location. •Pickup: The buyer must pick up items within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a property release. Please call the contact at the location of the sale to arrange for the pickup. Pickups must be made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The ownership of all property not picked-up within said timeframe will revert to the Village of Rantoul-no financial compensation will be made to the buyer. •Payment: Successful bidders are required to submit full payment within three (3) business days of the bid award.
