They power on, 2 of them beep & the other with the cracked screen comes on but the touch screen doesn't work. Has some minor scuffs from normal usage. One of the viper III has been dropped or something. The plug ends on the back look dented, this one beeps. New power cords are included. Please look closely at the pictures. You may be able to make one work out of 3. I do not know enough about these to try to fix them. Item is sold as described.
