For auction is a Lot of 3 Larger Size Jobber Drill Bits, 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8". All three are High Speed Steel U.S.A. Bits with a Black Oxide Finish. Please know that these bits have straight shafts and you will need a 5/8" capacity chuck to use the two larger bits. Details and condition notes on the three bits are as follows: 1/2" x 6" Long, Chicago Latrobe, HS USA, 118 Deg Point Angle, Excellent Condition with just a hint of having been used. There are no chuck spin marks and I believe the bit has the original factory grind. 9/16" x 6-5/8" Long, PTD, HS USA, 118 Deg, Very Good Condition -- I'm not sure this bit was ever used but there is some very light surface rust although not near as much as the flash photography seems to show. 5/8" x 6-7/8" Long, Brand Unknown, HS USA, 118 Deg, Good Condition. This shaft of this bit has chuck spin marks that have obscured the brand name . The cutting end shows minimal wear but may have been re-sharpened. It is fully functional. Most of the items I sell are from estate sales, auctions, flea markets, etc. I clean them as necessary to properly evaluate all aspects of the condition and functionality.
