These have never been installed or energized (some assembled items will be tested prior to shipping to insure proper functioning.) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, all of our new and reconditioned products have a 1 year replacement warranty; Should your item malfunction, a RGA- "Return Goods Authorization" must be requested through us, approved and item returned before any warranties will be honored.
