Here we are offering one Lot of 3 SoundPoint IP550 2201-12550-001 VOIP Phone w/ Handset, No Power Cords These phones were working when removed from a factory as part of a system upgrade. Since these phones were used in a manufacturing environment they have cosmetic blemishes are are not visually perfect.  There are scratches and scuffs on the bases and the handsets. Some of the buttons have staining. We have tried to clean them up but didn't want to get too aggressive.  One phone has a light brown scratch on its screen which we didn't try to remove for fear of damaging the screen. This scratch is shown in one of the pictures.  The phones were functioning when removed and power up nicely and please note - the power cords are not included in this sale.  We only have a handful and are using them to test these phones.  We back up these phones with a 14 day guarantee against DOA so you may buy with confidence. This guarantee does not cover cosmetic blemishes as we feel we have completely disclosed these shortcomings.  Please look very closely at the pictures as we have tried to accurately depict the nature of the appearance of these phones and therefore the pictures are an integral part of the description.
