Height: 30" high Width: 21" & 22" wide. 175 chairs at 22" wide and 125 chairs at 21" wide. Wood armrests. All of the chairs are made to go onto a level to a slightly sloped floor. Yes these chair CAN be put onto a level floor. The chairs are out of a church so no eating or drinking. They are upholstered is a dark blue color, woven fabric.
