Vista 21ip control panel Motherboards  USED  this is a very unusual auction for me. I am a 20 year communication technician so I do have the background to do some testing however not having a service account that testing is limited. Below i will describe the testing I was able to accomplish and the state of the boards. Panel #1: Vista21ip Ver V3.13D1  no GSM module, Tested as Described Panel #2: Vista21ip Ver V3.13D1  HAS GSM module( no mount post) ,Tested as Described Panel #3: Vista21ip Ver V3.13D1  no GSM module, Tested as Described Panel #4: Vista21ip Ver V3.13D1  Complete GSM module, Tested as Described Panel #5: Vista21ip might be bad, parts only In ALL cases: I connected a 6160RF Keypad and AC Power supply. I booted up the boards successful and the Firm ware rev level was displayed on the alpha numeric keypad. Next I removed power and reapplied, rebooting the panel. as Panel booted I entered * & # on the keypad thus entering programming mode. Next I entered *97 restoring  factory default settings. After that I entered *99 exiting programming mode. After Full reboot, Once again standby and rev level were displayed. I was then able to enter programming mode with 4112-800. After exiting programming mode with *99. The keypad panel indicated normal conditions. that is to say not "READY" condition. keypad display indicated proper Error and Warnings for an un-programmed non-installed panel. I am starting the bid on this auction very low as I will not be offering refunds nor will I be offering any support. Please ask any question prior to purchase. If your an installer of vista Panels this will be a good purchase. They were all working when removed from service for upgrade. Shipping Policy: I am charging $20 for testing and packing for shipment. The rest is Actual sipping charges.
