Your are purchasing a used Lot of 4 terminals which includes Hypercom 4230, 2PC Verifone VX510 and Verifone Omni 3750. These terminals were all operational inside of our mall business and have all been pulled once our operation closed within our local mall. We RESET these terminals today 9/25 so you will need to reprogram once you receive them. All these machines come with their own power cord. With growth comes responsibility. Shipping information We normally will ship through FedEx, USPS or FedEx freight depending on the situation. Tracking will be provided on all items. Free shipping on items that specify free shipping is aimed ONLY at USA customers in the 48 mainland states; NOT Hawaii, Alaska, PR or any outside US territories. If you are not in our shipping zones of the 48 mainland states; you can still reach out to us for a shipping quote. Once your item has been shipped we are not responsible for any damage or lost items made by our shipping services of FedEx, USPS or FedEx freight so please reach out to us if you would like an insurance quote on shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Box address'. Return policy We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. Please contact us for a RA number. You are responsible for shipping. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items as well as a deduction of the original shipping cost we paid to ship to you. If we have made some type of mistake, please contact us immediately via our office number or by email and we will work hard to resolve the situation immediately and possible waive the 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost. All return items must be in original box and original packaging unopened. Any warranty related claims made after the 14 day return policy will require the item being shipped back to us at your cost which will allow us to determine the claim. Once returned item has properly been processed we will ship a new item back out at our cost. Please contact us first with any concerns. Warranty policy DevLon NorthWest Company products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase by the original purchaser. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, DevLon NorthWest Company will either 1) repair the defect at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or 3) provide a credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product. Buyer will be responsible to ship item back to DevLon NorthWest Company. Some DevLon NorthWest specified items come with FIVE (5) YEAR warranty as well.
