These Plantronics were removed from a small office that upgraded their full communication system. We have only tested two headsets too pair to bases, for volume up, for volume down and to resume call. Headsets have not been tested by having a conversation on them. The other two headset would not pair to base (unknown working order). Batteries life time performance is unknown. This lot will only be sold in as-is condition, Not fully tested.
