There is some wear and tear to them, including a few scratches and scuffs as well as some sticker residue, but no major cosmetic defects. Great business phones to put into any office. Only 4 phones have handsets. The unit missing the handset is also missing the slider on the bottom side. Sold as phones with handsets. No cords/cables or additional items.
