NOS = New from Old Stock These items are new , never used and typically come from stock which has sat on the shelf, or been out to a job site and brought back. The packaging may be scratched , faded etc. or fitting such as copper and brass may have oxidized slightly but be assured that they are NEW , NEVER USED and are a great bargain Payment must be made (or arrangements made) within 2 days of end of auction.
