All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. If the item is deemed DOA (dead on arrival) and has our DOA warranty, you must contact me within 5 days of arrival to receive a replacement. No exceptions. The return policy requires you to contact me within 5 days of arrival if the item is defective. If it fails our testing, you will receive a full refund. If not, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and your shipping will not be refunded.
