The chairs are in California. 800 chairs will fit "loose loaded' and stacked, into one 53-foot tractor trailer. (See pictures). The chairs are a mix of 22" and 23"" wide (Measured center-to-center) The armrests are fixed, with cup holders. The armrests are upholstered! (This is an upgrade $$ from the normal black plastic arms). The fabric is a commercial grade, high quality woven fabric. WE GUARANTEE NO RIPS. NO TEARS IN THE FABRIC. You will get 800 good, usable, used theater seats. We do recommend that you clean them. The chairs are made to go onto a level floor. A word about some of the pictures. The theater was dark, and some of the pictures were taken with a iPhone with its flash. I know they are not the best pictures in the world, but the chairs are very, very nice. In great condition.
