Most items are mailed from Milwaukee, WI 53227. Shipping and handling: • Priority Mail = $FREE (Continental US Only*). Price includes delivery confirmation number. • Pick-Up = FREE! Arrange for pick-up at my location or within a two-mile radius from where I live. • Local Delivery = FREE up to three mile radius from my home address; $0.75 per mile, rounded up to the next whole mile, round trip, thereafter. • International = Based on country of final destination * eBayers from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please add $1.85 to the final shipping/handling cost. Returns Any item that you are not completely happy with for whatever reason, just return it to me and I will refund your winning bid, minus shipping and handling. Items can only be returned within the allowed time frame. Items need to be unopened and unused, and returned within five days. The buyer is responsible for all return postage, unless the box in which the item has been shipped has not been opened; in this scenario, simply write, "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and return to the Post Office (only applies to items mailed with the Post Office). A delivery confirmation number and/or tracking number MUST be included with ANY return. • Items listed as "new" that have been returned opened and/or show signs of use will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. • Items listed as "used" that have been returned with signs of use other than described above will be assessed a 12% restocking fee. • Items listed as "as is" or for "parts" are not returnable or refundable.
