LOT of Welch Allyn Otoscope & Ophthalmoscope Heads & Handles This auction is for a LOT of Welch Allyn Otoscope & Ophthalmoscope Heads & Handles, as pictured. Former county health department property, includes two handles and four heads. The model numbers of the heads are, from left to right in the 2nd & 3rd pictures below, 11600, 11710, 115 (Pat. 165177), and 24000. They all look to have bulbs installed, except for the 11600, and the wheels all rotate smoothly through each number detent. The handles are different style & length, but adapter ends are same type and diameter. The 11600 & 11710 heads will mate to either handle, the other two heads will not, as they have a smaller diameter mating adapter. I can't find model numbers on either handle, just "Welch Allyn USA" on the top. The red buttons depress and lock, and the black bands rotate on both handles. No batteries, no way for me to operationally check them, so they are sold "as is" for parts, no returns. Also included are two unknown small parts that were in a plastic bag, as shown in bottom picture. Photos are of actual items being sold. Fast shipping, quality packed, insured, & online trackable. For the extremely rare occasion (maybe once in the last 10 years) that damage occurs during shipping, it will be the responsibility of buyer to initiate and pursue a claim with the shipping company, normally Fedex. Items are described as accurately as possible and if said to be tested and working, then you can be assured it will ship that way. If sold "as is", buyer assumes all risk of any untested problem that may be present, with all sales final. I will NEVER auction something with known issues, without mentioning them in the listing, but I buy lots of equipment and sometimes acquire pieces that I either don't have the expertise to test, or don't have other equipment on hand required to perform testing, so occasionally have no choice but to sell those items "as is". Auctions are always "what you see & read is what you get", so if something is not shown in photos or described in text, such as interface cables, power cords, software, etc., it's probably not included. I'll be happy to answer questions by email, just please ask before, not after bidding. If upon delivery a problem is found that contradicts any statement made on auction and buyer decides to bypass a damage claim with the shipping company and instead return merchandise directly to me, then they will be responsible for return shipping cost along with a restock fee equal to 20% of bid amount, neither of which is refundable. I will then inspect and test merchandise and issue a refund if complaint is justified & serial numbers match. Items to be returned directly to me will only be accepted if I'm notified of such by email within 24 hours of delivery.
