Here is what I am able to tell you about this item: Has not been tested but comes from a working environment and appears to be in very good condition. Cosmetic Condition: Item itself shows no signs of cosmetic wear (see pictures). Please note that we (Kellan Inc) are a commercial and industrial surplus product dealer.
