Operational Condition: This device will power-up when plugged in, but the front control panel is not working at all. It displays “200”. It does not stay powered up when it is unplugged. Sale is for the transmitter only. AC adapter is not included. This has not been used by us for any extended period of time, as we are solely resellers.
