What we do is take your pager apart ad clean the inside of dirt buildup, we will replace your battery with a fresh non shelf sitting battery, seal up the unit and send it right back out to you, this will be done the same day as we receive it from you. We will cover cost to ship it back! So pack it up and send it out to us. Within one day depending on quantity and condition of pagers received we will send it back. That's it. If your pager lights start to dim when you get a page or your pager does not seem to light up properly when removed from the charging base and it's been in use for a few years it may be time for a tune up! I'll give LRS that these pagers are amazing! But batteries will always wear out in all devices. Please contact me if you have quantities of more than one pager or with questions thanks!
