In the event of a damaged shipment, please take pictures of the damaged item's box and the item itself before returning it to our facility so that we can make an insurance or return claim. If you have any questions, please contact Robert at (440) 813-0920. Shipping and handling are calculated via the eBay shipping calculator, using UPS Ground rate. All items below 150 Lbs are shipped via UPS Ground, and those above 150 Lbs. are shipped via a freight carrier. The initial shipping cost is our responsibility, but all other duties and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition to selling new products, we also offer ball screw refurbishment services. For instance, if you are experiencing poor surface finishes, positioning accuracy or axis vibration due to your machine's mechanics, you can have your ball nut and screw re-balled, at a fraction of the cost of a new one. If the screw and/or ball nut show signs of scoring, pitting or spalling, the screw will need to either be reground or replaced. We have in many cases polished and re-balled the unit after blue printing, which is a temporary repair to keep the machine operational. We also offer an acme screw to ballscrew retrofit, which can increase the machine's accuracy and value substantially. We accept payments via PayPal but other payment methods like personal checks may take longer to be shipped. Payment is expected within 7 days of the auction closing. The LSI precision ground zero backlash ball screw with a thread diameter of 1.500" and 4 pitch is a new product from Lead Screw International with P/N M8900 and right-hand thread. It has a travel distance of 61-1/4", an overall length of 73.42", a thread length of 66.83", and a lead of .250". The nut length is 5", and the nut dia. (body) is 2.020" while the nut dia. (flange) is 2.500". The bearing dia. is 1.180" and coupling dia. is 1.000". This product is in new condition and weighs 35 Lb(s)/Ref #: 221 A.
