Wheel turns fine and clicks every 2 feet, every 100 feet the bell rings. Gold label is readable and contains instructions for use. It works as it should. Body and handle has some paint chips/loss. Rubber wheels are in fine shape with no missing chunks or grime stuck in them. Wheel measures approximately 7-1/2 inches in diameter, handle extends to about 34 inches from ground.
