The micrometer is made of stainless steel, measures 1" and comes with instructions shown. The dove tailed wooden box has the Lufkin stamp on top and remnants of a paper label on side. Shows normal age use wear, functions well and stops at zero, box shows wear with light soiling, crack along 1 side, paper has darkened some print wear. Please see photos as part of description and condition. SIZE - Micrometer measures approximately 4 3/4" long, 1 3/4" wide across frame, box is 6 1/4" by 2 5/8", 1 1/4" thick.
