It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. The Light Source powers up and the fan spins quietly. Both Channel 1 and Channel 2 have 150w Quartz Halogen lamps that function as designed. The light intensity control works perfect, as does the channel selector switch. The 7‘ Fiber Optic Cable is in excellent condition with a few damaged strands, as indicated by a tiny dot or two. Light transmission is strong and clear. The DVI headset is fully adjustable and padding is good. Fixed focus surgical headlight is clear, clean, and bright, There is a small scuff on the lens, but it in no way effects the function of the unit. I tried to get a photo of it, but was unable to capture it. The Luxtec Rolling Stand has a chrome finish that is in excellent shape. There is minor discoloration on a few of the legs, but you have to look hard to see it. The wheels roll easy. Each Turret on the Light Source has ports for a variety of cable styles to include Olympus, ACMI, Storz, Wolf. The light source is designed to quickly be removed from the stand to become a countertop model.
