SHIPPING CONTAINER: 40'L 8'W 9'6"T STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS: Window and door frames are 2X6 steel welded directly to the container steel. Interior framing is 2X4 steel studs. ELECTRICAL: All electrical is installed to international building code requirements by a licensed electrition. All lights are recessed low energy LEDs. Units are set up to be plugged into shore power much like an RV. INTERIOR FINISHES: Drywall with knock down texture on walls and ceiling. FLOORING: Pergo max laminate flooring for a rich yet durable finish. DOORS & WINDOWS: 2'X6' insulated low E glass. Steel insulated door with low E insulated glass. INSULATION: We use a closed cell spray foam insulation installed by local licensed professionals. KITCHENETTE: Formica countertops with a dark granite appearance. Kitchen is large enough for a full size refrigerator and microwave as well as a bar sink. CUSTOM WALL PIECE: Entrance wall is spaced off the structural wall allowing for custom LED lighting behind it. The wall is a great spot for your company sign/logo and a nice seating area. HEATING & COOLING: All our units come with a mini split heater air conditioner rated for 1000 sq ft. Units are equipped with turbo mode for rapid heating and cooling. RESTROOM: We offer a restroom in place of the closet that is equipped with a toilet, sink/vanity and tankless electric water heater. PLUMBING: All plumbing is installed to international building code requirements. Waste water is discharged out of a quick connection to septic or tank. (NOT INCLUDED). We do offer a very high end tiny house that houses a queen size bed, IKEA style wardrobe, full tiled in 4'X3' shower, granite counter tops, custom doors and windows, all stainless steel appliances including a full size dish washer.
