The numbers on the side of the Lyndex chuck are: HSK100A-SM1250-4.00. The Sandvik head is 5" in diameter and has the following on it: R331.32-127R32FM MAX 14,000 RPM. I know Sandvik Carbide tips are pretty expensive and I was told this entire piece was in the THOUSANDS when purchased new! It's a pretty heave piece too...12lbs!
