All testable controls are responsive. The condenser did not turn on. We have reason to believe that the pump is dead. Error 04 appears on the display screen. Unit is missing the top cover. The front grill cover has broken off from the unit. It cannot be reattached. The wheels roll with some resistance. The brakes are not functional.
