M-1200, Systems Packaging Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine The Model 1200 machines are highly reliable, and can cut your packaging costs by up to 70%. Using inexpensive polyethylene or other colaminate roll stock, these systems produce 25-30 bags per minute, depending on the model, package size, and product. The 1200 will free you from costly inventories of pre-made bags and eliminate single source supply problems.  Mechanical cutoff with hot bar seal. This unit features heavy-duty construction designed for an industrial environment to provide many years of dependable service. Brand : SYSTEMS PACKAGING Model : M-1200 Vertical Form Fill Seal FEATURES - Delivers up to 25-30 sealed packages per minute, depending on series - Uses either plain or imprinted roll stock - Fully automatic operation with adjustable dwell time - Load height varies depending on bag width - Built in cycle counter - All moving components supported through linear or radial bearings - Internal machine parts are manufactured of Aluminum, UHMW, Nylon or Stainless Steel - Easy access of sealing area for preventative maintenance - Comes with two form width sizes ; 1-1/4" (32 mm) and 3" (75 mm); up to 8" (200 mm) long   Other form widths (up to 6" / 150 mm) are available from the manufacturer or can be built by most machine shops.  - All manuals, manufacturer drawings, mechanical and electrical are included. - Designed for use on dry products.
