PK-40- Original Series 4” Paring knife This 4" paring knife is small enough for peeling and paring but the elevated handle allows you to use it effectively on the cutting board as well. UK-60 - Original Series 6 1/2 " Utility Knife This medium-sized utility knife is one of the knives that made the MAC brand famous in Japan and Hawaii over 40 years ago. A signature MAC design. Knife Length: 11.44" Weight: 3.8 oz Blade Length: 6.75" Blade Height: 1.65" Blade Thickness: 2.0 mm 1.5-2.0mm thin blades, some of the thinnest available on the market.
