If you have no arc, the problem could be in your PCB. Verify you have voltage across the input terminals with the trigger pulled, and no voltage when the trigger is released. If you do not have voltage with the trigger pulled - problem is probably in the PCB. We also include a small packet of heat transfer compound with this relay for correct installation.
