It is a multi-voltage, single phase machine (110v or 220v--currently set up for 110v), compact power supply featuring a self teaching user friendly simple function key based user interface, with full color graphical monitoring. The M3-20 provides fully programmable profiles with Current, Voltage and Power Control. It features: - Programmed pulse times from 0.1 ms to 999ms - 2000A maximum capability - Fully Programmable Dual Pulse Profiles The full profile weld monitoring system provides accurate and detailed monitoring of the welding process. This system allows for known acceptable welds to be logged and averaged for full profile weld verification. Complete profile tolerancing with active window selection allows for monitoring of process variations throughout the profile or only in critical profile areas. The programmable auto- mapping tolerances allow for simple widening or contracting of the acceptable welding process. Multiple process averages and tolerances can be stored.
