Machinery's Handbook Guide 23 Revised Edition Hardcover This is a hardcover copy of Machinery's Handbook Guide 23. The cover has some scuffing but book is in good shape otherwise. Returns: We do not accept returns on intimate items such as lingerie, socks, footwear, tights, underwear, sleepwear or children's clothing for health reasons. We want to assure our buyers that items come from a clean, non-smoking home and that they have not been tried on or handled by other buyers. We cannot do that if items have been sent out and returned. We also do not accept returns on audio books as we have found that some buyers listen to the book and then want to return it. We cannot afford to "lend" books. All other items have a 14 day return policy with buyer paying shipping to return and original shipping. We reimburse shipping only if we have made an error. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent - with tags and in original packaging. Items that have been used cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have a concern. We describe carefully and answer all questions, so please ask before you buy. Shipping time: We mail within one day of payment. Please look at mailing date to determine how we did with shipping time since we cannot speed up the post office but do mail quickly. Please do not penalize us if post office is slow. Communication: We answer all emails quickly. Just ask and we answer. We send an email on mailing as well. And if you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder - some emails end up there. And if you don't get a quick answer, please resend - sometimes your mail goes astray and we don't see it. Item as Described: We do our best to describe accurately but we are not perfect. E-mail with questions and check size, color, and details of the item you are purchasing before you bid. Shipping Cost: We charge only what the post office charges us and if we make an error or actual cost is less, we refund any overpayment to you. We wish we could lower shipping costs but do not want to raise our prices to make shipping seem low. International: Buyers are responsible for all customs duty due on their purchases. We are also not responsible if customs delays or holds your package. We mail promptly but cannot change customs regulations or speed up delivery once a package is in international waters. Priority and FEDEX are insured for loss or damage. We are happy to combine shipping at a reduced cost based on weight. We mail promptly but cannot control shipping time. Media mail takes 4-7 days.
