This is a lightly used Mackenzie Labs DVSD-3000 MTS/LR Digital Message Repeater for Adplay overhead in the store or on hold through your phone system PBX. This is a highly featured and very rugged unit.  The chassis is powdercoated steel, and has mounting holes for wall mounting. It comes with a 2GB SD Card, and the Power Adapter.  It plays 128KBPS MP3 files.  Up to 20 files can be put on the card, and the black switches on the front of the box allow individual messages to be activated or deactivated without changing the contents of the card.  This is handy if you want to change which messages are playing by day of the week, or hour. Background Music is input through an RCA Jack, and there is a high-impedance Line output for connecting to an amplifier for over head speakers.  There is also a Speaker Output via RCA jack which is for connecting to a Telephone PBX, as most PBXs require low impedance signal.  Handset Jack is for recording messages to the SD card while it is in the Message Repeater.  A handset or coil cord is not included. Message interval is adjustable by the white rotary switches on the front of the message repeater, and the digits can be set as seconds or minutes, so you can have an interval as short as 1 second, or as long as 99 minutes.   A built in speaker allows monitoring of what is being played right at the message repeater without having to be put on hold or go out in the store to check.  Other controls include tone control, background music level adjustment, and the amount of fade applied to background music (ducking) when the ad or message is playing.  Overall Output level is also adjustable.
