Magnetic Base with arm to hold two types of Indicators for Machine shop use.  The arm is an older arm I've had for many years, it is a very sturdy design. Its weakness was the original mag base. So I purchased a new Noga DG0036 mag base and assembled the arm onto it. (no modification done to the base) The arm is very sturdy, it easily holds a AGD Group 2 dial indicator. It is designed to hold a normal dial indicator if it has a lug back. It will also hold a test indicator (Interapid shown) with the correct indicator clamp (a clamp is supplied).  This arrangement does not have a fine adjust, but I believe the fine adjust mechanism on the Noga is a source of movement. I had no problem using this without the fine adjust. The two indicators are not included in the sale, they are used to illustrate how this device is used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, medium flat rate box.
