I bought this at an auction in Detroit, Michigan in the early 90's.  It has been used for tool making with and without coolant/spray mist.  I am selling it because I am closing my shop after 41 years.  Each axis has a .200 step for using tenths gauge blocks for small angles.  Suburban makes great tools and this is a good one.  The magnet is good for thin pieces when using spray mist or coolant.  Use this with the angle slope down, right to left, on clockwise spindles.  It's just good practical sense to do so.  Thick pieces sometimes need to be trapped.
It looks rough but it works just fine. Use a 3/8 Allan key for on/off, (included). This item has been used for cutting tool manufacturing since I bought it. It has a medium pole magnet and holds thin to medium parts. Works for large part thickness if you trap it all around and use light to medium down feed using a 4-5 inch diameter wheel.
