This Mahlkonig K30 espresso grinder is the original "Astoria" K30 model. The model and serial number are pictured. The burrs are super clean as pictured. This was once used by a coffee shop, then I bought it and briefly used it for home use. However, as you can see in the main photo, it really eats up my counter space and doesn't fit under the counters. All in all, it's not exactly wife-approved. It DOES, however, make excellent espresso! It's in great working condition, but there ARE some items worth noting for the sake of complete transparency: This listing includes the hopper and lid, but I do NOT have the plastic grinds tray that would normally be under the portafilter. Mahlkonic sells these for under $20 but they're currently out of stock. The black plastic ring (the one that houses the LCD screen) was originally silver, and it has been refinished in a matte rubberized finish. (The MAIN black body is still the factory gloss finish.) Because it was refinished, the grind adjustment numbers are now via the white label pictured (as opposed to the factory applied markings). The feet on the grinder are teflon "magic slider" style, NOT the original rubber feet. I needed it to slide easily on the countertop. Unlike the newer K30, the LCD is not backlit. However, all menus, buttons, and knobs work perfectly. Unlike the newer K30, the top lid of the grinder (which you rotate to adjust the grind) is STEPPED, not stepless. The total grind counts are shown in the pictures, where "SC" is the "Single Continuous" counter and DC is the "Double Continuous" counter. Combined, it has just over 50,000 cycles. (This coffee shop had other K30s with well over 100,000 cycles... these things are workhorses!) Shipping will be a flat-rate $65 via 2-day Priority Mail shipping.
