Maimin 10 Roll Feeder and Storage Rack Constructed entirely from aircraft grade aluminum! Our 10 roll storage rack / feeding system is highly adjustable and flexible for your manufacturing / storage needs. The system is built according to your needs within 14 days of purchase based on your following parameters: Roll width / roll diameters / roll weights / core sizes / and other options such as centering cones and table guides. All arms are fully adjustable, so if the roll diameters vary, you can set the roll arms where they work best. Includes heavy duty locking casters and a floor lock for stability and rigidity. Footprint (for 72 inch wide goods): 82" long x 48" wide x 80" tall / capacity 300 pounds per roll or 3,000 pounds total WE WILL MANUFACTURE ANY SIZE RACK, FOR ANY SIZE/NUMBER OF ROLLS. IF THE LISTED CONFIGURATION DOES NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS, PLEASE CONTACT US. Centering cones slide onto our rack roll bars and slide into your material cores. This keeps the rolls in place, stops them from "flopping" when pulled, and allows for a smooth pull. If your cores are in good shape, or if the edge placement is not too important, you can get by without them. Centering cones do not come with the listed rack, but are available as an option. Our roll racks can have a table height guide allowing material pulled for any spot on the rack to feed out at table height. In the photos this is the two bars on the longest arm. Also, if you are worried about "back roll", meaning after you cut or leave the fabric unattended, it has a tendency to fall backwards onto the floor, we also manufacture a one way roller to prevent this from happening.
