Preventative maintenance kits improve the life of your machine as well as the quality of your drink. The replacement of parts is mandatory to keep everyday functions working properly. PM kits are available for every machine and are recommended to be performed every 6 months. Regular maintenance keeps costs at a minimum and is the best way to ensure that failure will not occur. Payment Shipping Returns Payments: Accepted Payment Methods:     PayPal     Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.   If payment is not made within 5 days of the auction closing, our automated system will cancel the sale and file an Unpaid Item Dispute on eBay.   Order Processing Time: We require up to four (4) business day to process your order. Once we receive your information through the Internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security.   Shipping is handled with UPS. In the event that a problem should arise with your purchase, please be aware of our return policy below. If you would like a refund or need to return an item, the product must be returned at your expense. This item must be returned in its original packaging and scheduled to be returned with shipping company. Shipping charges will not be refunded.   A restocking fee applies to all returned items and states the day the delivery is made. 0-14 days: 15% restocking fee 15-30 days: 20% restocking fee 31+ days: No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase. Your machine is covered under warranty 90 days for machine labor and 1 year for machine parts starting from original ship date. Without the proper compliance of Terms & Conditions, you will not be covered under any type of warranty. Upon purchase, we will contact you regarding your location to set up proper installation and training for your espresso machine.  Water Filtration/Softener installation is required to maintain warranty.
