For sale is a genuine Made in Japan Makita 8" miter saw Makita trim saw. This is a compound miter saw in the smaller 8" size which is sought after by cabinetmakers and contractors for it's outstanding made in Japan quality. I have had this for several years and am the only owner. It has seen relatively light household and not professional use. There is some light surface rust on steel parts which can be removed with naval jelly. The aluminum surfaces have some oxidation and light wear but nothing that will impact performance in any way. The various locking knobs and levers are completely functional and there is no play in the saw at any angle once fixed in position. It is missing it's original dust bag, but this can be bought from Makita. The cord is excellent with no flaws. See the photos and ask me any questions you may have.

Seller Notes “Saw is completely functional and works as good as a new one should. There is some slight surface rust on steel parts but this can be cleaned off. Blade should be replaced.”
