This listing is for a Malco snap lock punch. The tool is a new and unused tool but has some soiling from sitting in a truck box. The tool does not have the original backing card. There is a little paint on the grips which can be seen pictured We bought some items from a retired HVAC mechanic who had always kept extra new tools on hand. Please refer to the pictures for the condition. We encourage customers to ask any and all questions they may have. Thanks for looking. We use a product called Skidmore's Bees Wax to coat many of the products we have. We have found this product does not change the original coloring like some products do but most importantly it prevents the items from rusting up .
