If flat-rate USPS shipping is less expensive, I will use that to lower our cost of shipping. Items over 5 lbs weight are typically shipped UPS ground. I always try to find the lowest cost shipping for my customers. 3. If you are unsure about shipping before you bid, contact me to find out what these costs including packing, insurance and customs fees will be. Please be prepared to pay your country's customs fees. 4. I require insurance for shipment of any item over $25.00 including shipping. I insure the item for everything you pay- final price, shipping, handling, and insurance. In order to insure the item for what you pay, I must list the full value of the item on the customs forms, including sale price, shipping, insurance, and handling. I cannot insure an item for the amount of your purchase (including shipping and handling) if this is not listed on the customs form; if the item is lost, and it is not insured, you can't be reimbursed. Please don't ask me to ship any item over $25.00 without insurance. 5. I will not falsify customs forms. This is a crime in my country and I will not do it.
