This is a Servend counter top ice dispenser. Model# M-45. It is 15w x 28d x 28h. shipping weight 110lbs. This is in great shape and works great. I have 1 more available that just need to be wiped down and listed if you need more than one. #212 The manufacturer lists this item with the following features:This Ice Dispenser with a stainless steel cabinet a 45 lb ice capacity. It's a great size for a bar, coffee shop or break room. It's manually filled and dispenses any size of ice, up to 1" cubes. Top-mounted ice machines aren't an option with this unit. A patented paddle wheel lets you dispense more ice from the bin while conserving counter space. Lever operated vales come standard with this dispenser, but if you want push buttons, that modification can be made at no additional cost. Beverage valves aren't available for this dispenser. A drain kit and leg kit are included with this model. The motor, drain and electrical connections are all reached from the front of the dispenser to simplify maintenance. If the picture shows that an item is missing a red nob on the handle, then don’t expect the item to arrive with the red handle on the knob. Our owner has run a successful Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair business for over 23 years, and tests each item to be sure it works as it should. That is not to say that he goes through the whole wiring diagram and checks every single connection. Products listed as "Tested & Working" or in working condition are exactly that. Something like a light bulb not working or a timer bell not functioning does not affect the working condition of an item and these things may occur. We encourage buyers to CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING an item to ask as many questions as possible. An item may be discontinued or outdated and the factory/manufacturer may have updated that particular model. If no current specs or information is available, we will match it to the closest product. Also please make sure the item will fit through your door ways. For example some double stack convection ovens will not fit through standard doors and will have to be separated and laid on there side in order to get it in. You must be prepared to do that. Crating: A $50 fee will be applied to your total invoice in order to properly package / crate your item for shipment. Shipping Damages: Unfortunately, shipping damage and total lost is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, palletize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance. Shipping Practices: If you are having your item shipped to a residence, please let us know as freight companies charge a separate residential delivery fee. If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery. Inside Delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. Pick Up Policies: Please read the listing and make sure you understand the dimensions. It is your job to make sure the vehicle you arrive in can accommodate the equipment you are picking up. We are always more than willing to assist our clients in loading equipment as long as the vehicle can accommodate the item(s). Removing wheels, handles, or any dismantling of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure that you are prepared and have tools, stretch wrap, straps, rope, blankets, cardboard, etc. We do NOT supply these items. All equipment is designed to be transported in its original vertical position. We strongly oppose lying the item(s) down and/or transporting equipment in any way other than its original position. There are a few acceptions to this and will inform you if we think it is safer for shipping to lay it down. If you choose to lay your item down, we will not be responsible for malfunction or damages. Payment & Returns Payment: We require payment within 1 day of winning the bid. Payment must be paid via PayPal, credit card, or check. If payment and / or communication is not made within 1 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and offer your item to another buyer. Returns: Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving an item. This does not mean you can return an item when you decide to open the box or uncrate it. Statements such as "My store has not open yet" or "By the time I opened the package, it was over the 3 day period" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
