This is a very hard manual to find.  I know because I looked everywhere and couldn't find it.  So I made my own and offer it for sale here so that other users of the Radio Shack, Realistic TBC (Tube, Battery and Continuity) Tester can get some use out of theirs.  This is actually a nice little tester.  It's very compact, handles many "modern" tubes including Compactrons, Novars and the 9+1 miniature 10-pin Novals (not Decals).  Best of all, when the instrument is properly calibrated, the results are pretty accurate.  The TBC is not ashamed to call a weak tube bad. Anyway, I used pieces of other manuals with identical emission test circuitry for most of the operating instructions.  I had to make some minor changes and corrections for the faceplate silkscreen to match.  I wrote instructions to describe the Battery and Continuity test usage.  So this book is complete and includes a Tube Chart for over 800 tubes.  That's the claim, but I didn't count them.  There are a total of 38 pages plus the covers.  Schematic and parts list are included. Radio Shack also sold the TBC as a Micronta brand. The Realistic & Micronta TBC testers are exactly the same instrument.  Let me know if you have any questions.
